Cluttered Grandeur - Felicia's Post on the Culinary Tour

Amanda Rose and I (Felicia Poirier) took a tour of the Kitchen today, led by one of the Stationary culinary students whose name is Cole. We looked in all the nooks and crannies of the kitchen, from the dishwasher to the freezer to the snack bar. I was substantially surprised as to how hectic it was in there.

Cole was real cordial about the tour; he pointed out all the main parts and explained to us what some of the machinery was. Yes, I said machinery. Some of the equipment is so large it reminded me of more something from an auto shop than a kitchen. I mean, a three foot tall mixer!

We also talked with Rachael and Kristen, two more of the Stationary students. We were told of how its stressful sometimes, but also extremely enjoyable.

After that we looked around a bit, poked our heads about a bit...

My favourite part had to be the dishwasher. Able to do a whole load of dishes in LESS than a minute! It was insanely cool. I want one for MY house!
