*Kaitlyn: Yeah, i learned how to flip an egg in a pan
as we received our tour from Cole, we saw how big a kitchen is here at the Tec center. magic dishwashers that literally will do all of your dirties in less the 3 minutes total. i honestly didn't know you could do that. a walk in fridge. walk in freezer. massive stoves. complete different areas for making hot stuff and not so hot stuff. they have to chef/bosses running around and giving orders. it's kinda a hectic place to work in and i could see how they could sweat themselves to death.
the consensus with the staff is that they like working there though. even in the hot demanding environment. I'll get to see in about a week myself and then you'll be interviewing ME on my opinion of working there. I'll probably like it to. whats so bad about food, ya know?
